We draw the line deliberately. The engine's breadth is real, and the turnkey preset bundles are the ones listed on the frameworks page. An evaluator should find an accurate, scoped answer here, and a checkbox we cannot fully back would be worse than no answer. Coverage for other verticals, healthcare included, runs on the same engine, reached by swapping content and preset bundles.

What does "configurable today" mean?
The Meilynx policy engine can already enforce the underlying controls these frameworks call for: access, logging, data protection, monitoring, and a tamper-evident record. The difference from a preset is packaging. Shipped presets are curated bundles with framework-specific reports; these frameworks are configured to your environment with your compliance team.
