The Meilynx team is in Seattle this week for IAPP Privacy. Security. Risk. + AI Governance Global 2026.

IAPP is where privacy, security and AI governance professionals meet, and the three groups are asking each other more questions than they used to. A privacy team that signed off on a data flow last year now has to sign off on an AI system that handles the same data, and the AI system changes more often than the data flow did.
We're attending to hear how those teams are handling it. The conversations we're looking for:
- How an AI governance program moves from policies and inventories to records of what AI systems actually did.
- What the EU AI Act's logging and record-keeping expectations mean for the AI systems an organization already runs.
- How the employment-AI statutes change what an organization has to be able to show about automated decisions.
- Where privacy, security and risk teams split the work when an AI agent starts acting on its own.
Meet the team
If you're at the conference, find us and tell us what your governance program can't answer yet. We would like to hear it, whether or not it ends up being something Meilynx can help with.
If you can't make it, the events page lists where we'll be next. On October 28 and 29 that is New York, where we're pitching at the ISG AI Impact Summit.
