A tamper-evident audit chain hashes each record and links it to the one before it. Because every entry depends on its predecessor, altering or removing a record after the fact breaks the chain — which is what makes the record examiner-verifiable rather than merely stored.

Meilynx seals every AI request and governance decision — allowed or blocked — into such a chain, with a SHA-256 integrity hash an examiner can recompute independently.
